Recipe: Rice porridge with chicken and carrot
Ingredients
- Rice 1/2 cup small
- Carrot 1/2 to 1 Whole : Diced
- Chicken 1 part chicken breast : Cut into small pieces
- Garlic 3 small
- Onion 1 medium
- Black pepper 1 teaspoon
- Salt 1 teaspoon
Instructions
- Cook rice with 3 cup of water or more
- While wait, diced carrot, cut chicken and blend garlic with onion and black pepper.(Or just minced them*)
- When rice start to boil, add garlic,onion and black pepper.
- Add chicken and carrot.
- Add salt.Wait until it boil and cook.
- Ready to serve./add oil(olive/blended oil about 1 teaspoon for great taste)
