Recipe: Rice porridge with chicken and carrot

Ingredients

  1. Rice  1/2 cup small
  2. Carrot  1/2 to 1 Whole  : Diced
  3. Chicken  1 part chicken breast : Cut into small pieces
  4. Garlic   3 small
  5. Onion 1 medium
  6. Black pepper 1 teaspoon
  7. Salt 1 teaspoon
Instructions
  1. Cook rice with 3 cup of water or more 
  2. While wait, diced carrot, cut chicken and blend garlic with onion and black pepper.(Or just minced them*)
  3. When rice start to boil, add garlic,onion and black pepper. 
  4. Add chicken and carrot.
  5. Add salt.Wait until it boil and cook.
  6. Ready to serve./add oil(olive/blended oil about 1 teaspoon for great taste)
*Rice may take some time to cook since we want to make porridge. To add more benefits, add any green vegetables you like.
